This record uses at least 0 of the 10 allowed DNS lookups. Nested includes can add more, so confirm the final count with the SPF checker after you publish.
~all (soft fail) is a safe start. Once the DMARC reports show every sender passing, move to -all.
A domain may have only one SPF record. If one already exists, replace it with this one. Do not add a second TXT record that starts with v=spf1.
Sender include hosts come from each provider and can change. Confirm them in the provider's own setup guide before you publish.
